Fixed
I fixed the problem. It didn't work before because their feed recycles the same URLs so I never logged that anything new was being added and stopped checking after a year. Then when an update was forced by visiting the feed it didn't find anything during the last 30 days to change. The feed not being checked for a long time was due to a bug I fixed recently so it will be getting checked regularly now.
